i’d also prefer faxes to email, i’m not always here to receive my email, and the fax is a good backup for everyday orders, thank you for your concern,

Gio, We can accomoadate any format. By flat file, do you mean somthing that can be read on your phone without opening an attachment, or a file that can be read by your system?
We may want to consider a larger integration with you considering the volume we do with your company. This would automate the entire process. Let me know if you’ld be interested in that.
Thank you Micheal for your input! As you know, sending orders as an attachment on the e-mail is something we already do. The only drawback with e-mails is that it doesn’t provide a confirmation tool as well as the web portal does. We’re thinking of a way to capture the confirmation when you simply reply. We’ll keep you posted.

we have had no problems so keep doing the same thing thanks lee email and fax
Email is great, maybe some type of read confirmation that could show chef mod that the order was recieved (automated).
i prefer both, especially for orders that come in late.
Prefer fax…gets to customer service quicker
Our concern with e-mail and faxing is that there is no confirmation process connected to it.
it’s critical to our customers that they know their orders are coming.
We did have a suggestion of some kind of e-mail confirmation which could be possible.
Faxing is also greatin case of PC issues.
Can emails be sent in a flat file?
we can set up an auto response to confirmed order if we use an up load link to a flat file.

What ever the order and or confirmation is it would be best if it were Blackberry or phone friendly.
