Wild morel mushrooms are here and in season! Having started in the begiing of this month their season often lasts through June. The pricing has been dropping through the month and although are not at their lowest they represent a pretty good value.
Although cultivated morels have been available and will continue to be off and on throughout the year, April marks the begining of the wild morel season.
