ChefMod was created in 2005 from the foundation of the Ark Restaurants Corp. If you are familiar with the company you’ll appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit that exists within. ChefMod is the brainchild of John Oldweiler who uses the systems to support relationships in all of the Ark Restaurant locations as well as a fast growing number of independent restaurants all over the country.
Unlike many clubs or buying groups that exist out there today, ChefMod is run by restaurant operators just like you. This unique perspective allows us to understand your needs better than most simply because they are the same as ours.
Whether you are a Chef, General Manager or Owner, ChefMod understands that you have a unique perspective on your business. We have created this biog in an effort to become more accessible to you, our customer, supplier or anyone else that may have questions about our program. Please read our posts.
